Funday Friday - The Puerto Rican Rainforest
Every time Stephen and I travel anywhere outside of Chico, we almost always have our camera's in hand. Even on our honeymoon in Puerto Rico, we could not put our photography down. The fun photos we take together usually just end up living on our computers waiting to be shared. Thankfully, we have had enough friends and family asking to show some of these photographs and well, here we are.
One of the excursions we went on in Puerto Rico was a hike through the El Yunque Rainforest. It was so lush and green, we had both never seen anything like it! We stopped at several spots along the way, one called the Yokahu Tower that looked out over the entire rainforest. The next stop was about a 1 mile hike into the wilderness that ended at a beautiful waterfall where we swam. Hopefully we will one day be able to return to this spot again.
