Jon&Megan first met in college. They were both in the Greek system at San Jose State. While attending events, Jon noticed Megan and pursued her until he won her heart!

Megan is so beautiful! This made Jon even more determined to win her and her friends over. Jon showed up at events hoping Megan would be there just so he could see her again. We first met these two a few years ago at one of our TréCreative weddings. Megan is a long childhood friend of one of our amazing past brides, Kelsey. We were so honored when these two reached out to us a couple years later when it was their time to be engaged. From our first Skype session with these two, they expressed how much they valued wedding photography and videography. They also put so much effort, personal touches, and details into their wedding and made sure it was ready to all be photographed! Both Jon&Megan had a desire to be married in a forest type setting with big, tall Redwood trees surrounding them. They searched far and wide throughout central California and the Santa Cruz mountains and finally found the perfect venue at Sand Roch Farm Bed and Breakfast in Aptos. We LOVED the venue, it was stunning! Friends and family from all over the Bay Area and New York came out to celebrate with this lovely couple!

While Megan was getting ready with her sweet bridesmaids, Jon was just across the way and had a few surprises up his sleeves for Megan throughout the day. The couple both wrote each other letters and gave gifts that were exchanged before they headed to their first look. Right before Jon turned around to see Megan at their first look, Jon gave her one last note. And just when you think there were enough surprises, Jon did it again! He had emailed us a week or so before the wedding saying he had been learning to play a song on guitar and wanted to surprise Megan with it during our portraits. So in the garden, after some photo time with these two, they sat down together and Jon surprised Megan with a sweet song!

One of the things we love so much about wedding photography and videography is getting to see our couples throughout their stages of life. Travis&Kelsey who referred Jon&Megan to us, are now amazing parents to a beautiful brand new baby boy and we were able to meet him for the first time at Jon&Megan's wedding. We love this TréCreative family that keeps growing and were beyond honored that Jon&Megan chose us for their wedding memories!

Jon&Megan, you two have so much style and class! Your wedding was a beautiful celebration of true love! Never stop surprising each other and pursuing each other even in hard times!
