A Destination Murphys California Venticello Wedding - Brian & Lexi

Brian and Lexi brought their closest friends and family together in celebration of their love. Promising to start married life as a team full of adventure. The ceremony and reception views just so happened to be the icing on the cake.

These two met when Lexi moved back home to the Bay Area after finishing college and Brian was starting a new job in the city. They met through mutual friends at a bar where we took some of their engagement photos. After 6 years of dating, several job changes and Lexi completing law school, these two tied the knot. All throughout those life changes, they still celebrated at the same bar in the financial district of San Francisco.

Brian and Lexi’s wedding celebrations took place in a small town called Murphys California, located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. This quaint town has the perfect mix of exploring the beautiful scenery or visiting the historic downtown in between wine tasting. Lexi grew up visiting the area when she was younger. When Brian and Lexi were searching for their perfect wedding venue, it seemed fitting to get married in such a beautiful location. Brian’s last name is also Murphy which made this location even more meaningful and fun!

The property at Venticello is breathtaking and reminded us of a Tuscan Villa in Italy. Guests enjoyed a his and hers cocktail and delicious plated dinner with a view. Brian and Lexi are fun loving people and know how to dance. After candlelight toasts were given, they danced the night away under the stars.
