What a memorable wedding day this was! Right when we walked in, the bridesmaids were full of energy and ready for an amazing day. This set the mood for the whole day, everyone there was so bubbly and full of joy for Ashley and Tyler's big day.

This wedding was one of our rare videography-only weddings which was a fun change of pace for us right in the middle of our 2018 wedding season. While we are most often shooting both photo and video at weddings, we do take on a select few video-only experiences per season. For these, Chelsey leaves the photography camera at home and hops on an additional angle on the video side of things. We love these videography experiences and how with multiple angles we can capture so many special moments throughout the day.

Ashley and Tyler wrote each other letters the morning of the wedding. This was a sweet moment of quiet reflection before the excitement got underway. It was sweet to hear their words for one another and Ashley and Tyler both were happy to share their letters out loud for the video. We know this will be such a fun memory for them to look back on years from now. To hear their words, hear their vows and hear the speeches of their good friends and family years from now will be such a treat.

As Ashley slipped into her wedding dress, all the bridesmaids screamed and cried all at the same time! After a first look with her sweet dad, we took her down to see her groom!

You can tell these two have such a strong bond. They've been through a lot together and it has made them an inseparable power couple. They honored their families and truly were so excited to see everyone come enjoy their wedding day celebration.

There were many fun moments throughout the day, including Ashley surprising Tyler with his dog! Tyler didn't know this was happening and to see his face as he saw his little pup round the corner down the aisle was priceless! Ashley was next and Tyler beamed as she walked down the long stairway into his arms.

After heartfelt vows, a beautiful ceremony and some awesome dance moves entering the reception, we snuck these two away for our favorite part of the day, sunset! We drove to the top of Nella Terra, overlooking the rolling golden hills of the Bay Area. The sight was magnificent, one we're sure Tyler&Ashley will never forget. The last rays of sunlight kissed every blade of long grass for miles. The hills glowed and cast deep shadows over the waves of valleys as far as the eye could see.

The night ended with joy-filled dance moves by all, friend and family alike. Everyone ran to the long stairwell exiting the property and sent Tyler&Ashley off to their honeymoon through a tunnel of glow sticks.
