White Ranch Events Wedding Photographer - Petar&Hannah
There are so many statements we could choose when talking about Petar and Hannah. Their wedding came together perfectly. They had an incredible dream team of vendors we love getting to work with here in Chico. The details were elegant with personal touches everywhere, remembering those who were in attendance, but those also who couldn’t physically be there. Petar is from Bulgaria and his close family traveled a great distance to be there. To honor his culture, they had several Bulgarian traditional dances and music play while dinner was being served. Petar and Hannah have impeccable taste and we got to see a small glimpse of that at their Marin Headlands engagement session in the Spring.
Every bride of ours knows how much we love the pretty details. From the floral arrangements, to the bridesmaid's bouquets, to the reception set up. I love seeing our couple's wedding day come together. As much as I love those details and feel they are important, we love the people we are photographing WAY more!
Our goal as wedding photographers and videographers is to serve our couples and their families at the highest level. Petar and Hannah served us and were equally encouraging all throughout the wedding planning process. They are truly incredible people. After our short sunset break after all the formal photos and events had taken place. I turned to them and expressed my utmost gratitude for these two. They brought people together from all over the world. They are the kind of people that would move hours away from their home to be with their best friends who needed them at a very crucial time in their lives (true story). They are the kind of people who see their friends and family and call out the gold in them.
Petar and Hannah are best friends with one of our past TréCreative couples Aaron and Jessie. When Hannah first reached out to us, she said TréCreative was always on their minds once they got engaged, we were so honored. Both couples had the same officiant and he did something so powerful that we will never forget. After Petar and Hannah exchanged their written vows which were already tear jerkers, he asked everyone in attendance to stand. The pastor shared a story about his favorite baseball team. His home team was losing by just a run. The announcer got on the loudspeaker and told everyone in attendance they needed to start cheering and screaming for their home team as loud as they could. Long story short, the cheering worked and you could hear the crowd’s screams from far away.
The pastor explained that marriage is a grand adventure. When life gets hard, we need to know there are people rooting for us. He had Petar and Hannah close their eyes. On the count of three, everyone in attendance started screaming and cheering for Petar and Hannah. He had them close their eyes so they would always be able to remember the sounds on their wedding day, everyone, cheering for them. We all need people on our team in marriage. Ready to listen, ready to give a helping hand. What a powerful way to start their marriage with everyone symbolically screaming as loud as they could to show their support!
Petar and Hannah, Stephen and I will always be cheering for you! You bring people together like we’ve never seen before and made others around you see the world differently. We are beyond honored for the chance to pressure your wedding memories for you. We pray you marriage would always be thriving and filled with joy and laughter just like you two!
