Chico Lifestyle Family Photographer - Baby Troy

Today I'm sharing with you a Motherhood Lifestyle family photo session from Upper Bidwell Park recently. Lindsay and little Troy are just the cutest and I loved watching Lindsay interact with her son.

Lindsay and her husband Brad were in a small group with us a few years ago when we first got to know them. We took Brad and Lindsay's maternity photos when Lindsay was pregnant with little Troy. He is such a sweet and happy little guy. I've always had such an appreciation for families who speak life and empower their kids to be all they can be. Brad and Lindsay do that so well with Troy. It is so clear how much of an amazing mom Lindsay is and Brad is equally an amazing dad. Although I am not a mom myself, it is very clear the special bond moms have with each of their kids.  Especially between a mother and son. Capturing milestones like engagements, weddings, or bringing your baby home for the first time are so precious but I love capturing the moments in between those milestones too. I hear it over and over how fast time flies with having young children and I can't stress enough the importance of having photos taken. 

To my friend Lindsay, thank you for letting me take these photos of you and your sweet boy. When the years seem to fly by or you just want to remember this season of your life, I hope these photos will always remind you of how amazing of a mother you truly are. That you'll be able to look at these photos and remember how tiny Troy's toes were and how big of a smile you put on his face!
