California Wedding Videographer - Mason&Holly's Patrick Ranch Wedding

As her maid of honor zipped up Holly's dress... BOOM! It was the rumble of thunder in the background. Shortly after, it began to pour. The weather on this wedding morning did not appear hopeful, yet everyone was rooting for these two.

Mason and Holly's wedding was originally scheduled back in the Fall. It unfortunately just so happened to be right after that nightmare of a week when the Paradise Campfire raged and our part of Northern California was turned upside down. These two made one of the hardest decisions that week, to cancel the wedding and reschedule everything.

So when in March on their new wedding date, the weather started turning sour...our hearts went out for these two. How would they react?

The thing is, when your foundation is built on solid ground, no rainstorm, natural disaster, or unplanned life events can shake you.

Mason and Holly have built just that, a solid foundation. When the rain attempted to shake them, they stood strong and kept a smile on their face and joy in their hearts.

We did the first look with them before the ceremony, under the covering of Patrick Ranch's beautiful property. As soon as they saw one another it was like the rain had faded away. Before we knew it, the sun was peaking out and the grounds were completely dry.

By the time guests arrived, it was like the rain never happened. These two celebrated with beautiful vows, a memorable ceremony, and dancing and drinks with friends and family to follow.
