Mountain Engagement Session - Casey&Dani

For Casey&Dani's mountain engagement session, we headed from Chico up Highway 32 for a little adventure. Stephen and I had driven up this same road during the summer and knew during the fall season this area would be breathtaking. We pulled over to several spots along the route to capture these engagement photos. 

When we first met Casey&Dani over coffee a few months ago, we loved their story. We loved the way they smiled and laughed together, we loved the way they took turns telling their versions of how Casey proposed and we especially love the adventure of marriage these two are embarking on together! 

We appreciated when we asked Casey&Dani to sit on the dirt, or stand in the middle of Highway 32 they totally trusted us and let us be completely creative with lighting and capturing this magical engagement spot. For us, engagement sessions are a little taste of what it will be like on our couples wedding day and from our time with these two, there is no doubt our cheeks will be sore from joyful laughter on their wedding day.
