Chico Engagement Photography - Jason&Rachel

Jason&Rachel met us in Chico for their Fall engagement photography session.

Jason&Rachel met in Chico while going to college here. Their first date was to Mom's, a very popular breakfast spot here in Chico. Since that restaurant is extremely special to them, it will be the same catering place that will be serving their wedding guests next year. Stephen and I also love breakfast and has become our favorite meal to go on a date to. We love that Jason&Rachel share this in common with us and think it's so great that they are including this special date into their wedding theme for guests to enjoy. Now every time we go to breakfast, we'll be thinking about Jason&Rachel and the first date they had together.

We first met Jason&Rachel at another TréCreative couple's wedding back in March. Jason was wearing his classy navy blue suit and Rachel matched him perfectly. After seeing their stunning outfits as wedding guests, we secretly hoped they would wear a similar outfit to their engagement session and they totally did. With all our TréCreative grooms rocking such amazing navy suits lately, Stephen will for sure be getting one in the near future.

We love how personalized Jason&Rachel made their engagement session and will be continuing that theme on their wedding day. We ended their session at a local walking path that Jason&Rachel used to live by. They explained to us that that was the place they would go on walks together in the evening and connect with one another after their workday. They would share their highs and lows and always take that time to check in with each other. Building a strong marriage starts with making sure you're both on the same page and communicating clearly on a regular basis. We think this is amazing that Jason&Rachel are already practicing this in their dating and engagement relationship.
