Glen Ellen Jack London State Park Wedding Photographer - Peter&Jenn
It was a lovely day for a wedding. The weather was perfect and Peter&Jenn were ready. Jenn prepared for the day with her best friends and family surrounding her. Everyone was so happy and her bridesmaids were all smiles as they helped her finalize details and get into her dress.
Time to see Peter! He was anxiously waiting for his bride at Jack London State park in Glen Ellen. It's a gorgeous historical park that is definitely worth a visit or two if you're in the Glen Ellen area! There's beautiful tall forestry and 100 year old buildings scattered throughout the property.
Peter&Jenn's bridal party was just the best! They were all so loving and willing to do whatever it took to make these two's wedding day just perfect!
After portraits it was time for the wedding ceremony which was held at Kenwood Community church just down the road. This church is also a Sonoma county historical landmark and has been around since 1888! Just behind the church is an intimate outdoor ceremony location, surrounded by tall trees that provided shade for the guests and family.
After the ceremony we headed towards Jack London Lodge for the reception. It wouldn't have been a true wine-country wedding if we didn't first stop at some local vineyards for some quick photos! Loved that Peter&Jenn were willing to do this, it's always fun to have such a variety in locations with photos!
Loved their first dance on the back patio of Jack London Lodge! Everyone busted up laughing when they broke into an epic air guitar solo!
Anyone who was at this wedding would agree that the speeches at this wedding were the BEST ever. There were songs (yes, multiple), dancing, and heartfelt (and hilarious) advice given all around.
Jenn officially wins the award for most dress changes in a wedding day! From the Chinese tea ceremony in the morning, to the getaway dress at the reception we think she changed over five times! And she was on time all day long too which was impressive with all those wardrobe transformations!
These two danced the night away with friends and family! What a perfect day :)
