Spencer and Sarah met us in Dixon California for their engagement session at Sarah’s family’s property. The first ranch we took photos at was Sarah’s grandfather’s and the next was her cousin’s ranch. We love when couples utilize meaningful places for pictures such as family properties or significant locations to them. A big part of their relationship has taken place around the Agriculture community and we loved incorporating Sarah’s rich family history into this!

The ground in most areas was wet from the rainfall but as we trecked through a few areas together, we found the most amazing locations for these two.

Caitlin grew up just a town over from Chico and has always loved the look of Upper Bidwell Park right near Monkey Face. Fall colors are always so beautiful to photograph, but there is something so unique about the tall grass in Upper Park. The area's Caitlin mentioned for photos, just so happened to be some of our own personal favorite locations in Chico.
