Michael&Cassie planned a beautiful destination V. Sattui Winery wedding in Napa Valley.

We have been looking forward to this wedding from the moment Cassie contacted us. I went to elementary school with Cassie and was thrilled to hear she had met such an amazing man. After meeting Michael, it's so very clear how these two are meant to be together. Earlier this Spring, Stephen and I traveled to Atlanta, where these two have been living for the last few years, for their destination engagement session. We had a little taste of how incredible their wedding would be based on the few hours we spent together on that trip.

Michael&Cassie have their dads and Michael's brother Jack to thank for bringing them together. Their parents are business partners and both found their families moving to Atlanta and spending time together even outside of work. A family birthday party was coming up and Jack had a feeling that would be the perfect time to introduce Michael to Cassie. Little did their dads know that this birthday party would be the beginning of a grand love story.

While Cassie was planning her wedding from Atlanta, she had always envisioned herself getting married in beautiful California wine country. After seeing V. Sattui they quickly knew this would be the perfect fit for their elegant wedding. While Cassie got ready with her closest friends and family at the Inn St. Helena, Michael was hanging out with the guys just a few blocks away. You'll notice right away that Micheal&Cassie both have exceptional style and that was totally reflected in their wedding details and locations throughout the day. Cassie's loving bridesmaids gifted her with a book of memories and a handwritten note from each girl right before she slipped into her beautiful wedding gown.

Michael's met us at V. Sattui shortly after for the couple's first look on the back private patio of the property. The ceremony took place facing V. Sattui's iconic ivy-covered tasting room close to sunset. A pastor and longtime family friend officiated their ceremony, noting how happy he was to be a part of such a special occasion. An indoor reception was to follow in the barrel room right down the steps from the ceremony location. What is said during toasts and speeches really shows you the character of the couple getting married. Michael&Cassie's speeches given at their wedding were full of heart and expressed the magnitude of depth and character they have displayed in their relationship.

After their first dance, a massive surprise flash mob choreographed dance was performed and shocked those who didn't know it was happening, including the bride and groom! Michael&Cassie were so surprised and that kicked off a night of fun for all. The dance floor stayed completely packed right up until the couple had their grand exit in a vintage car to a midnight ride around Napa Valley.

Michael&Cassie, we're so happy you two have moved back to California because hopefully, that means we'll get to see you both again soon! You both have been incredible to work with and we're still grinning ear-to-ear about your amazing wedding day. Always remember to never stop dating each other and going on lots of adventures together.
