Ryan and Charlotte were married at High Sierra Iris and Wedding Gardens on a beautiful summer day in August.

We had been looking forward to this wedding since the moment Ryan called us right after he proposed to Charlotte! Ryan is the brother of a past bride, Dani so we were incredibly excited to celebrate with this amazing family again. The couple had literally just gotten engaged a few hours before calling us wanting to find out dates that we were available. We were totally honored! They picked their date around our summer availability and the venue’s open dates. This doesn’t always happen but we feel super lucky to be one of the first to hear the news and celebrate with a couple!

Ryan&Charlotte were married in the mountain woods just outside of Placerville, California. Many people know this area for the famous Apple Hill season that takes place every Fall. The area is absolutely beautiful and the property had a little pond we took the majority of their portraits around. During their ceremony, their officiant Will spoke about how their parents had been a huge role model and inspiration to Ryan&Charlotte. We loved how these two honored their parents and grandparents for the legacy and commitment they showed to them over the years.
