Aaron&Clara’s engagement session felt like a double date exploring the beautiful views and special locations to these two. We started in Nob Hill near Grace Cathedral to capture iconic views of San Francisco and close to Clara’s first city apartment. We began walking several blocks through beautiful neighborhoods on our way to China Town to see the Transamerica building. From there, these two did an outfit change and we ended the evening with cotton candy skies overlooking the Bay Bridge near the Ferry Building. The evening ended with us enjoying the most delicious Italian dinner right after sunset.
We met Dylan and Amy in Bodega Bay for their California coastal engagement session. Amy grew up in Bodega and has lots of fond memories spending time in the area and at her grandparent’s home. When thinking about where to get married, Bodega was the perfect choice that came to mind. These two will be getting married in the area next June and we can’t wait!
Over the years, both Melanie and Dennis have either attended or been bridal party members in several TréCreative weddings. These two live in a small town in Northern California just outside of Sacramento. Dennis is a rice farmer and their beautiful ranch home will be the backdrop for their Fall wedding happening later this year.
We love any excuse to escape the Northern California heat we’ve been experiencing and head to San Francisco. For Jeff and Brianna’s session, we had the most perfect weather and cool breeze all throughout the evening. These two met us at the top of the Presidio in San Francisco for their destination photo session. We started at the iconic Lover’s Lane path and had the whole place to ourselves. From there, we headed to one of our favorite lookout points off Highway 1 to end the session. On the way to Rodeo Beach, there’s a beautiful overlook that reminds me of scenery from Kauai or another country. The paths around are always lush green and make the most beautiful coastal backdrop for photos.
Bobby and Kristin have been such a joy to get to know over the last few months and their story is something that will melt your heart! Kristin and Bobby met at Front Street Animal Shelter in Sacramento. Kristin had just adopted Sookie and became a huge rescue advocate. Through this, she began volunteering more at the shelter. Bobby works at the Shelter and the two quickly began to get to know each other more. Sookie loved Bobby and this began to win over Kristin’s heart.
We had the most amazing weather for Casey and Cloey’s Upper Park engagement session. The California wildflowers were still in bloom and patches of purple flowers were scattered throughout the tall green grass landscape. Casey and Cloey will be getting married at one of our favorite wedding venues in Chico, Patrick Ranch Museum! We always love being back at that wedding venue and are excited to meet more of Casey and Cloey’s family.
We are so excited to share with you Devin and Claire’s local engagement session. After having to reschedule once, we were so happy to have the most amazing weather for these two! We started the session at the start of Chico Canyon Trailhead. This is a hidden gem of a location not a lot of locals even know about! It has some beautiful scenery and runs right along the creek. Devin and Claire chose the location from previous hikes they had been on together. From there, we raced the sun and ended in Upper Bidwell Park near the creek at sunset.
These two were the best tour guides! Behind every bend or turn, there seemed to be a new location even better than the last. Clay and Meagan are both such joyful people and it shined through as we explored the grounds together!
Brandon and Claudia are getting married later this year at the beautiful Trentadue Winery in Santa Rosa Healdsburg wine country. These two are world travelers and have made connections all over the world both together and separately. Friends and family will be flying and driving in from all over to witness these two become husband and wife at a beautiful California winery.
Daen and Rochelle are world travelers and love exploring new locations together. It was actually on a semester abroad in Germany that they had their first date. It was a few dates in and an emergency landing during a plane ride together that provided them additional time to realize how extraordinary their relationship was.
