The winery grounds are breathtaking filled with lush green grapes, a huge patio area for guests to enjoy wine tasting, and a covered white tent great for any summer wedding. It was the perfect backdrop for James and Olivia to mingle at their extended cocktail hour and dance the night away with their guests.

For Jeff and Brianna’s session, we had the most perfect weather and cool breeze all throughout the evening. These two met us at the top of the Presidio in San Francisco for their destination photo session. We started at the iconic Lover’s Lane path and had the whole place to ourselves. From there, we headed to one of our favorite lookout points off Highway 1 to end the session. On the way to Rodeo Beach, there’s a beautiful overlook that reminds me of scenery from Kauai or another country. The paths around are always lush green and make the most beautiful coastal backdrop for photos.

The Ancil Hoffman County Park was the perfect backdrop for the outdoor scenery and look they wanted included in their photos. We started with the whole family and then the kiddos were off to ice cream for doing so well for family portraits. Sam and DJ wanted to focus the session on the 10 years of marriage they celebrated this past Spring, so cool!

The leaves are just now starting to change color here in Northern California except the weather is still in the 80’s come mid afternoon! That’s California weather for you, although this is not typical for Chico! We’re looking forward to cooler weather in the next few weeks, traveling to Paris at the end of our wedding season, and spending time with family during the holidays. There has been a lot happening in our home since our last Monthly Memorable Monday and we want to keep you up to date. We’re sharing what’s to come for us as well as what we celebrated in October!
The Holidays are some of our favorite times of year spent with each other and our families. That often means for us, less travel, fewer meals out and more time at home. Since purchasing our home, we affectionally call the TreCrib, we've been the ones hosting both our families the last two years. After a lot of travel these past few weeks, my mom stepped up and mention her interest in hosting this year. As much as we love hosting people in our home, it was perfect to just show up with our food contribution in hand and just enjoy the company.
Read MoreIt has been a whirlwind for us these last few weeks, to say the least! Stephen went to a convention in Minnesota, came home and then we hosted the Vivify Workshop in the Bay Area. From there we went to a marriage retreat in Chico, then that night we packed up for our destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. After returning home for a few days, I jumped onto another airplane off to the East Coast for the annual Pursuit Retreat in North Carolina. While sometimes back to back travel can be exhausting, we are so thankful for this job that allows us to travel not only for work but amazing retreats and getaways like I was able to do last week.
