Chico Engagement Photographer - Marshall&Kelsey

Taking engagement photos is often times the first time our couples experience having professional photos taken together!

We love using engagement sessions as our excuse to spend more time with our couples and see how they interact while in front of the camera! Marshall&Kelsey met us at the entrance to Lower Park where we walked along the many amazing park trails and ended their session at one of their favorite Chico local dessert places, Shuberts!

As we met with these two in our home for the first time a few weeks ago, we quickly discovered several things we have in common! Marshall&Kelsey have spent most of their dating relationship doing long distance which was true for Stephen and I as well! Long distance strengthens and challenges your relationship is such a different way than being in the same town. Marshall&Kelsey, way to go on growing together and sticking that season out! It's not always the easiest road but totally worth it! They will also be getting married at the same wedding venue we got married at too! Patrick's Ranch, we just love that place :D And when we asked them if they could describe their perfect Saturday off, it would start with getting breakfast together. Stephen and I also are big fans of breakfast food and almost every Saturday we have off during wedding season, we'll go out to breakfast!

Marshall&Kelsey, we are so excited for your wedding next year. We can't wait to meet your amazing family and cute nieces that you were telling us about! Our good friends from CES will be joining the fun and we know it will be an amazing Fall wedding!
