Cascade Mountain Engagement Session - Jesse&Ashley

We love exploring new places and for Jesse&Ashley's engagement session, we headed to the Cascade Mountains near Quincy California.

The trailhead starts about 10 miles outside of Quincy California up Highway 70. If you've never been up that highway, we suggest going on a little adventure especially during Autumn and winter. It's a bit of a windy road up to Quincy but it runs next to a beautiful creek with some of the most beautiful rock formations we've ever seen. The trees drape over the highway as you drive up to Quincy. Our groom Jesse grew up in Quincy and Ashley only about an hour away in Susanville. The trailhead was very familiar to them and so we let them lead us to their favorite areas. The landscape in Northern California is breathtaking and we totally see why these two love this area so much!
