Alex&Olivia were married on a cloudy Spring day at Pageo Lavender Farms outside of Turlock California.

Because the sun stayed hidden for most of the day, this allowed us to shoot anywhere including having extra time in the Lavender fields which were right across the way from the ceremony and reception lawns. Guests were more than thrilled to delight in the beautiful spring weather as they enjoyed a fancy cocktail while we finished up family formals just after the ceremony.

Alex&Olivia loved the natural greenery and ivy that is all around Pageo Lavender Farms. Pageo Farms is a working farm that grows and sells lavender for handmade products but opens it's doors to weddings as well. The property has the perfect layout and flow for guests to enjoy. These two used that greenery as decoration inspiration for their wedding decor. Olivia has great style and we loved the colors she chose for her wedding bouquet! Wedding florals, especially for you and your bridal party, can really enhance your photos.

Alex and Olivia met in college through mutual friends at a sporting event while attending San Jose State University. From that one moment of meeting, they would continue to cross paths all around campus just as friends until a Halloween party. Alex won Olivia over with his amazing Harry Potter costume. They were both in the greek system and many of their bridal party members were also a part of either Olivia's sorority or Alex's fraternity.

On the wedding day, Alex and Olivia decided to exchange gifts to one another. Alex surprised Olivia with a beautiful lavender Mrs.Box that matched perfectly with their wedding colors. These beautiful velvet boxes are the perfect keepsake and Olivia was so excited for me to be able to style her wedding details with it. Olivia purchased Alex an awesome watch which he wore all day! Shorty after getting into Olivia's wedding gown, she surprised her sweet parents with a gift as well. Both Alex&Olivia are extremely close with their parents and we love watching them honor them all throughout the wedding day. Each parent took a photo together while holding their own wedding portrait from years ago on their actual wedding day. We always want to encourage our couples to continue to date each other and live out a healthy marriage. Our bride and groom's parents were such great examples of choosing each other on the really good but also hard days!
