Sand Rock Farm Wedding Film - Jon&Megan

Jon&Megan's wedding day was absolutely perfect. The gorgeously crafted details, the handwritten notes throughout the day, the personalized vows and speeches...pretty much a wedding videographer's dream come true. We had the honor of photographing these two for their engagement and wedding but were also privileged to be their videographers for their wedding as well.

Another aspect of this day that made it run so smooth and flawless was the amazing team of local vendors we were able to work with! Sand Rock Farm is absolutely breathtaking. When you drive in, you're immediately surrounded by tall redwood trees that tower over and create a canopy above. The main house is a bed and breakfast where the girls got ready in the morning. Down a short walk through the lush garden area is the ceremony site, and cocktail hour indoor/outdoor bar space. A short walk from there is the open air reception location, with a little cutout section for dancing and even a private upstairs where these two had a cigar and whiskey bar.

Jon&Megan first met in college.

They were both in the Greek system at San Jose State. While attending events, Jon noticed Megan and pursued her until he won her heart! We loved hearing their story through their officiant, and the vows! Megan is a long childhood friend of one of our amazing past brides, Kelsey. We were so honored when these two reached out to us later when it was their time to be engaged. From our first Skype session with these two, they expressed how much they valued wedding photography and videography. They also put so much effort, personal touches, and details into their wedding and we loved that!

Jon&Megan, you two have so much style and class! Your wedding was a beautiful celebration of true love! Never stop surprising each other and pursuing each other even in hard times!
