Chico CA Wedding at Patrick Ranch Museum - Casey&Cloey

Casey&Cloey were married on a beautiful Fall afternoon here in Chico at one of our favorite wedding venues, Patrick Ranch. Casey and Chloe got ready in town with all their bridal party members just before their first look. Leading up to the wedding, Casey lived close to Lower Park where these two spent a lot of their time together with Cloey’s pup. They love the outdoors and lush greenery so they opted for a first look in Lower Park nearby. From there, we made our way out to Patrick Ranch for the rest of the wedding festivities to begin.

Memorable Monday - November Edition

It feels like we blinked and we’re already in November, where did October go?!?

The leaves are just now starting to change color here in Northern California except the weather is still in the 80’s come mid afternoon! That’s California weather for you, although this is not typical for Chico! We’re looking forward to cooler weather in the next few weeks, traveling to Paris at the end of our wedding season, and spending time with family during the holidays. There has been a lot happening in our home since our last Monthly Memorable Monday and we want to keep you up to date. We’re sharing what’s to come for us as well as what we celebrated in October!

She had recently joined forces with Veronica from the 530 Bride, an amazing wedding planning company here in Northern California. Quincy Courthouse Northern California Wedding Photos - Chris&Courtney

What an amazing day celebrating Chris&Courtney. There were so many traditions, surprises and contagious laughter all throughout the day.

Chris and Courtney were married at the historic downtown Quincy Courthouse in Northern California. The Courthouse was breathtaking and had a three-story white marble staircase starting from the entrance that went up on either side. Close family and friends were seated on the bottom floor and others were invited to stand to get a beautiful aerial view of the couple sharing their vows together. As photographers, we loved how much natural light was everywhere. It was such a unique and unexpected ceremony location in this quaint little town.

It's really true that absence makes the heart grow fonder!

Tré&Brittany are amazing and kind people. They met while attending school in our hometown at Chico State. Fate had them placed in the same dorm. Brittany had just moved to Chico from growing up in Southern California and Tré from a tiny town Yreka just north of Chico. Although they met as freshman college students, it wasn't until the senior year that Tré moved into the apartment below Brittany and they became friends. They soon started spending a lot of time together and really enjoying each other's company. After a year of just being friends, they spent a few weeks apart from each other. After Brittany's parents dropped her off in Chico again, she went straight to see Tré. It was then that Brittany realized how much she truly cared for Tré.

Mike and Kristen were married on a beautiful June afternoon in the Almond Orchards of Northern California. The wedding was held at a private residence in Knights Landing. The property was just breathtaking. Everywhere you looked it was well manicured and so green.
