San Francisco is one of our favorite cities to visit and photograph our couples at. Every time we go and explore, we're amazed by the new locations and backdrops we always seem to stumble upon. San Francisco is well known for the iconic Golden Gate Bridge pictured below and all around that area are amazing scenic views that showcase the shoreline and amazing cityscape. Baker Beach is one of those locations that is perfect for watching the sunset while enjoying the beauty of the Bay Area.

Trentadue Winery Wedding Photographer - Eric&Abby

This venue is absolutely breathtaking! It provides a diverse variety of portrait locations including amazing rows of vines, tall woodsy Redwoods that line the property, to a full ivy wall. Wedding ceremonies take place on the grassy field facing the beautiful rolling Napa hills and it is completely shaded by the tall redwoods so guests stay cool. Right next to the gorgeous cocktail hour area, is the indoor reception ballroom. This ballroom has big windows for natural light and clean white walls that are perfect for indoor flash photography for when it gets dark. That's a photographers dream! Eric&Abby are big wine and food enthusiasts and enjoy being wine club members in the Santa Rosa Healdsburg area. They also love the outdoors and hiking so Trentadue Winery was a perfect fit for their intimate wedding.

Northern California Engagement Photos - Adam&Samantha

These two grew up in the small town of East Nicolaus just outside of Sacramento. They dated in high school but went their separate ways in college until reconnecting again. Small towns have a way of bringing people back together at the right time and place and that totally was true for Adam and Samantha.

Northern California Engagement Photo Session - Tim&Amanda

Tim works on the property where we took their engagement photos out in Willows, CA and we had the most amazing glowy light for sunset photos. Tim&Amanda met shortly after graduating high school. On a summer night, they just so happened to be attending the same Miranda Lambert concert where their friend groups crossed paths. Even though they both grew up in small towns with rival high schools just outside of Chico and had some of the same friends, they had never met. A few weeks later, through Instagram, they exchanged numbers and soon went on their first date. Throughout dating, they've put their faith first and are so excited to get married on Tim's grandparent's property out in Orland next year!

We're pretty sure "sore smile syndrome" is a real thing, especially after spending the day with Jeff&Katie at their Patrick Ranch Museum wedding. These two love to laugh together and at their wedding, everyone was grinning from ear to ear with so much excitement!

Stephen and I first fell in love with the woodsy feel in Northern California when doing our annual Christmas Tree cutting adventures with friends that Butte Meadows is known for. For David&Delphine, the surrounding reminds them of McCloud, where they're getting married at next fall!

An Intimate Downtown Chico Wedding - Michael&Brittani

Michael&Brittani met in college while attending Chico State. Brittani answered a random craigslist ad for a new roommate. Michael just happened to be one of those roommates she moved in with and the rest is history. Although these two no longer live in Chico, they decided to bring everyone back to the same town where it all began. Originally the couple was planning on a much larger wedding, but after re-evaluating what they envisioned for their wedding day, they decided to scale back and have an intimate wedding downtown. We always tell our couples to not be afraid to break the “wedding mold”. Choose elements and themes that represent you and bring your guests into the story of your wedding day. Michael&Brittani did just that and their wedding day fit them just perfectly.

Destination Charleston Lifestyle Portrait Session - Spencer Family

The Spencer family is very near and dear to our hearts. Jonathan and Erin are one of our TréCreative couples who got married in January of 2014 in Florida. These two have been huge supporters of TréCreative and although we don’t live anywhere near each other, we’ve loved staying connected over social media. One of Erin’s bridesmaids just so happened to get engaged a few years later and that is how we ended up going to Charleston for Shawn&Lauren’s wedding!
