Kasey is from Chico where our home base is and attended Chico State while being a student-athlete on the track team. She went to Chico High just like me (go Panthers) and was an incredible athlete in high school as well. It was at Chico State that she met Adam. Adam was a decathlete on the track team and it was there that they began dating. After graduating from Chico State, they both moved to the Bay Area for their careers and to continue their love story together!

In the town we live in, we'll have the most beautiful Spring weather and then all of a sudden towards the end of May, it will feel like a heat wave just hit us. Shortly after this session, David proposed at the Nutcracker play these two had attended together as a tradition each year. Lyndsey had always wanted a longer engagement so we had lots of extra time to get to know these two as they planned the wedding of their dreams!
Read MoreOne of the things I love about getting closer to summer is the amount of extra light we have to enjoy! The sun rises early and sets late, making our day feel extra long. We’ve really been trying to wake up early and work out around 6am. With the sun rising early, it has really made it so much easier to get out of bed. We’ve enjoyed this morning routine as we punch through our to-do lists. Happy Monday friends!
