We had been looking forward to this wedding since the moment Ryan called us right after he proposed to Charlotte! Ryan is the brother of a past bride, Dani so we were incredibly excited to celebrate with this amazing family again. The couple had literally just gotten engaged a few hours before calling us wanting to find out dates that we were available. We were totally honored! They picked their date around our summer availability and the venue’s open dates. This doesn’t always happen but we feel super lucky to be one of the first to hear the news and celebrate with a couple!

Chico Butte Creek Country Club Wedding Film - Cameron&Macy

We love these two! They are a Chico couple, through and through! Cameron went to PV and Macy went to Chico High (just like us)! They had a local wedding at Butte Creek Country club and so many friends and family came out to celebrate alongside them for this special day.

5 Items We Can't Live Without on a Wedding Day - Chico Photographer

In the last five years of being wedding photographers and videographers, we’ve come to realize that wedding days run so much smoother for us if we pack correctly. We always spend the day prior to the wedding charging and cleaning our equipment and making sure everything is packed the night before. Besides our photo and video equipment we always bring, below is our list of the top five random items we never leave home without!

Destination Chicago Kinzie St. Bridge Engagement Photos - Miles&Bailee

Miles and Bailey are from California and will be getting married in Sacramento this December. They recently moved to Chicago from Arizona for Bailey’s clinical rotation. That’s a huge climate change but it was such a treat for us to escape Chico’s hot summer days for a weekend in Chicago. This is the second time we’ve traveled to Chicago for a destination engagement session and we absolutely love this city! The views are breathtaking and the city is so walkable. Not to mention the world famous deep dish pizza we indulged in after their photo session. It’s a must visit for us again!

Memorable Monday - A Week Full of Meetings

Can you believe it’s already August? Summer is totally flying by and we’ve enjoyed meeting with so many potential 2017 wedding couples, especially this past week!

What a fun wedding day! It was perfectly overcast and just the right temperature outside for Alex&Olivia’s Pageo Lavender Farm wedding film. We loved all the details and whimsical touches Olivia added to the day through her wedding decor. She put a ton of work into making her wedding vision come to life and it truly paid off! Life Update

I’ll be the first to admit that I like being nostalgic. I believe that everywhere I go, I’m learning new life lessons. Thinking back and reflecting about new things about ourselves, our business and how we continue to want to impact the lives around us.
